Constance Popp is a premium artisan chocolatier, who just recently moved here in St. Boniface from downtown Winnipeg. Constance is fearless with her chocolates, always trying out new ideas. She creates old traditional chocolates, but always adding a modern, local twist. Her chocolates have found their way to the Golden Globes awards in L.A., the Toronto Film Festival, and the Olympics.
